Customize products do not apply after artwork has been approved by the customer.


Wholesale Pricing
The definition of wholesale is to sell in quantity at a reduced price. The wholesale price of the item is determined by the quantity purchased and the retail list prices of the item.

Logos Apparel's Business Outfitter is pleased to offer discounts on volume orders based on the total quantity purchased. We offer our products for sell to anyone at very low retail prices. The substantial price breaks are available to individuals, groups and businesses who need to purchase in larger quantities. Our shopping cart shows the retail price in the shopping cart. It will automatically calculate the wholesale price when a quantity of 25 or more items are entered.
Free Sample: Use the online shopping cart to order a sample item. You will be credited back the price of the sample with your wholesale order. Limit: 1 free sample per 50 shirt order


Minimum Order
LogosApparel.com does not have a minimum order amount if ordering non-personalized garments. All customized apparel have a 25 minimum order with substantial price breaks offered.


Placing Orders
When ordering items that will not be customized with embroidery or screen printing, our online shopping cart will make your purchase simple and easy. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please keep this e-mail as it is your sales receipt for products and/or services ordered, as well as being your order confirmation number
You will be asked to provide your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, your credit card number and its expiration date. Click here to view the steps necessary for customized orders.


Shipping and Delivery
Non-customize orders will be shipped within 2 weeks (often within 2 days). For your custom order, please allow 2-3 weeks plus shipping time. Orders can be shipped USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. Shipping costs will vary by the size of the order. Actual Shipping Charges will be applied when your order is processed.


Terms
Payment can be made in the following ways:
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International. Credit card payments are processed through the safe PayPal system. Your initial credit card payment will require you to set up a PayPal account. It’s free and safe.
We also accept company checks. Custom Orders:
Initial orders require a 50% deposit and prepayment via, check or credit card deposit. There is no surcharge added by LogosApparel.com for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged upon order placement. Customer Satisfaction/Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our product. All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt. Understandably, customized items (free of defect) cannot be accepted for return.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on all (non-personalized) returned merchandise returned after 15 days of an invoice in unused condition. For every subsequent 30 days an additional 10% fee will be added. Items which are received dirty, worn, price-ticketed, or items bought on closeout or discounted will not be accepted for return. We cannot accept returns of any kind after 90 days from purchase date.


Sales Tax
Arizona Business/Residents Only - Arizona Department of Revenue requires Logos Sportswear to collect sales tax for all goods purchased within the State of Arizona. When possession is taken by the purchaser, sales tax applies unless we have a signed Certificate of Resale on file. You must provide us with your Arizona State Certificate of Resale. Certificates of Resale will be taken through a FAX machine or through the mail - they will not be accepted over the telephone. Upon receipt of the signed Certificate of Resale, we will refund all sales tax paid in the last 30 days.

Custom Embroidery
Our computer embroidery service is of the finest quality. Price is determined by stitch count or the number of letters used. There area few ways to help reduce the cost of embroidery. Left chest logos on shirts and sleeve logos on shirts are generally 3-4.5" wide. A hat logo is usually limited to height of 2 ¼ " and a width of 4". Reducing the overall stitch count can save in the cost of embroidery.
